Tony - Bio

Throughout his 20-year career in Health & Fitness industry, Tony Nammari has proven himself to be a skilled fitness professional.  Tony is a visionary entrepreneur an inspiring teacher and a true fitness expert.

Tony was born in Kuwait where he was intensely involved in the fitness field.  Tony began to workout and help neighborhood kids at the age of 14.  He learned boxing and became an instructor at the age of 16.  He focused on skill development reaction techniques.

Tony came to the USA at the age of 17 attended and graduated from Long Beach University with a BS degree in Operations Management with a Major in Nutrition and Kine Siology and sports medicine.  Since he was a pre med student with a Masters from the Colgan Institute.

Tony’s achievements are wide spread and varied.  From Body Building to helping in Fat Loss, helping young and old fat and skinny to achieve there goals.

When Tony moved to Orange County, California his career continued to flourish.  Tony was named the “hottest and most inspiring personal trainer in Orange County.

Tony continues to advance his skills to become the best that he can be.  Tony strives to deliver health, well-being, and fitness education to each and every person that he connects with.
